Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled contract specialist to manage contracts, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and safeguard the company's legal interests across all operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws, excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills, analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- They must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have 2-3 years of experience preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts is essential.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners ensuring that they align with the company's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes by conducting thorough research and analysis.
- Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively to protect the company's interests.
- Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks by implementing robust policies and procedures.
- Provide expert legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making by analyzing data and providing recommendations.
- Liaise with external counsel for litigation and specialized matters requiring expertise.
- Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and send legal notices when required to ensure timely communication.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design with exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts.
