Private Equity Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support investor accounts, coordinate diligence activities, and track deal progress in a dynamic private equity environment.

  • Support Investor Accounts: As primary point of contact, you will ensure smooth information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate Diligence Activities: Facilitate information exchange and track diligence items, next steps, and milestones using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Provide Light Financial Review: Assist with reviewing CIMs, financial summaries, and business profiles; coordinate follow-ups with internal finance or diligence teams.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update and manage investor-related data and communications in Caprae's CRM and reporting tools.
  • Ensure High-Quality Communication: Prepare investor updates, responses, and reports while maintaining professional and prompt communication reflecting excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) based in India.
  • Exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients or companies is preferred.
  • Understanding of investment and financial concepts, such as due diligence, CIMs, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Comfortable working with data, organizing information, and following structured workflows.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across time zones.
