We are seeking an experienced Legal Associate to support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support legal teams in reviewing and finalising transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.
Preferred Profile:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is required.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations is essential.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders is crucial.
  • Prior law firm experience is highly valued; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply.
