Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
  • Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols
  • Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational background: LLB from a recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role
