We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lawyer to join our team. As a key player in our corporate/commercial division, you will work on high-profile US law cases, including M&A, corporate finance, venture capital, fund formation, and international commercial law.

The ideal candidate will be qualified as an Advocate in India with at least 1 year PQE, holding an LLB or equivalent degree from a top Indian national law school. You will have previous experience working with a leading corporate law firm in India in the M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate practice.

You will be responsible for evaluating complex legal issues, providing solutions to clients in simple English, and synthesizing large volumes of information to present conclusions and recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and self-motivation are essential for this role.
