Job Title: Conversion Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive student conversions for Russell Group universities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in student counselling for the UK, extensive knowledge of Russell Group universities, and the ability to guide students effectively on admissions, placements, and scholarships.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Guide students with accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

 

Requirements:

 

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
