Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales professional to join our team at Nexus Jobs. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering tailored travel solutions.
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and available services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible arrangements and pricing.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the booking process or travel experience.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills to effectively handle client inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Proven sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a competitive environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build positive client relationships.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to close deals and secure the best arrangements for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings, itineraries, and documentation.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience.
