Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional technical support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting desktop-related issues using various tools and technologies, educating customers on software and hardware usage, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a strong foundation in desktop operating systems, including Windows, experience working with BMC Remedy tool, and knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool and remote support tools. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and minimum 1.5 years of experience in desktop support are also required.
