We are seeking an accomplished Receptionist to provide exceptional support to our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues professionally
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries; route to relevant teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Handle courier services, mail, and package deliveries
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
  • Support HR/Admin with onboarding, attendance, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies and maintenance
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (desired)
  • 24 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or admin roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach
