Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to spearhead our expansion into new markets.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying strategic retail properties to open new Lenskart stores, managing property search and coordination with key partners, and negotiating final rentals and lease agreements.
  • He/She will also be responsible for location and catchment analysis, legal due diligence, and internal coordination till store launch.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with relevant experience can apply. Travel is mandatory.
  • Relevant experience in business development and property acquisition is preferred.
  • Must have completed graduation in any field.
  • Frequent travel is a requirement of this role.
  • Highly proactive and positive approach, good negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking mindset, self-motivation, and ability to think innovatively are essential.
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, high degree of personal integrity, and strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required.
