Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend industry best practices in shop floor operations, leveraging expertise to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for improved processes and tools, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor and report progress to stakeholders regularly, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in manufacturing operations with production planning expertise, including knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
  • MBA from a reputable institution or equivalent experience, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive results-oriented outcomes.
