Role Overview

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the executive team, event partners, and sponsors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing our flagship initiatives. This requires a visionary strategist and a hands-on operator who can manage complex, cross-functional projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, developing and managing budgets, timelines, and KPIs, and ensuring initiatives launch on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Build and maintain the phased roadmap.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
