Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on campaign experience and a strong understanding of e-commerce or real estate marketing funnels.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation — working closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver campaigns that drive results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Track and adjust campaign pacing for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and growth strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
