We're seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive our product development and delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills to lead a global team of talented engineers.

  • Develop and implement best practices in software engineering, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide engineers to foster growth, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and execute technical design and architecture.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Promote recruiting efforts to attract top-tier engineering talent.
  • Participate in performance management, training, and development initiatives.

About You

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.
  • Security first mindset with knowledge of common security concepts.
  • Understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchains, RPCs, self-custody wallets, etc.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, and make critical decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, cryptocurrency, APIs, and security.
  • Interest in crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Azure technologies.
  • Background in security engineering.
