Job Opportunity: Lead Backend Developer
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend Developer to join our development team. As a key member of our team, you will work on challenging projects involving data integration, processing, and automation.
Main Responsibilities:- Data Management: Define and implement strategies for optimized data storage and high availability
- Architectural Design: Contribute to architectural design and decisions
- Product Enhancement: Improve product functionality through new developments or enhancements
- Continuous Integration: Manage and improve Continuous Integration procedures
- Tech Debt Reduction: Identify and implement improvements to reduce technical debt
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of excellence through code reviews and pair programming
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and C#
- Experience with databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, NoSQL, and Graph databases
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI and Grafana
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and experience with cloud platforms
