Lead Product Manager for RuPay Card Products

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Product Manager to oversee the development of our RuPay card products. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience in product management.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business. This includes analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy to drive growth and revenue for the business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and drive product innovation.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including product requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the RuPay products and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful credit card products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
