Job Description

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output and yield while adhering to standard operating procedures. With a strong background in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry, you will lead teams in process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of production processes and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement. They will also possess strong technical skills, including mathematical and analytical abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Production Output Responsibility: Ensure high-quality production output and yield by implementing projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills to handle engineering changes and production trials efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical)
