Product and Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a Product and Merchandising Manager to lead our production and quality efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective product development and merchandising strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team, Planning Team, and Manager Strategic Partnerships to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure seamless execution of product launches.
  • Visit factories for production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitoring of production status.
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement vendor management and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Product Development: Develop and execute strategic plans for product launches, focusing on customer needs and market trends.
  2. Merchandising Excellence: Drive merchandising excellence by building strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  3. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, merchandising, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
