Electrolyzer Reliability Engineer Role

In this critical position, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive product reliability strategies for electrolyzer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Reliability Strategy: Create and implement end-to-end product reliability plans to ensure high-quality performance across all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed reliability into early design stages and partner with operational teams to monitor manufacturing consistency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with field service and customer success teams to collect and analyze real-world performance data and customer feedback, then present insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing reliability engineering team with expertise in analytical and experimental capabilities.
  • RCA and Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis on field and test failures to drive closed-loop learning and continuous improvement efforts.

For success in this role, candidates should possess a deep understanding of reliability engineering principles, tools, and methodologies. A strong background in product development, systems engineering, or a related field is essential. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and driving measurable product improvements.
