Post Production Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our post-production function, managing the production environment of enterprise applications and collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of applications.
  2. Collaborate with application engineering teams to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
  3. Lead 24x7 production support operations, defining service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  4. Provide technical leadership on solutioning, architecture decisions, and process improvements.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams.
  6. Evaluate risks and ensure compliance with all standards.
  7. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of production engineers and support analysts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role in production/application support.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, business-critical applications in a complex IT environment.
Preferred Certifications:
  • ITIL v4 Foundation / Intermediate.
  • PMP / Prince2 (optional but advantageous).
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Architect or DevOps).
