Job Title: Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced program manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
