We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International HR Data Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can drive the implementation of our global HR systems, ensuring seamless data management and reporting across our international regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of HR Data & Process managers, providing expert guidance on HR data and technology strategy, and collaborating with central experts to configure system evolutions and improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ","
  • Leading a team of 5 HR Data & Process managers supporting different countries.","
  • Being the referent for the assigned group and cascading Global HR data and technology strategy to Senior Management and Local data experts.","
  • Ensuring support for HR users in the entire perimeter and for all questions related to HR global and local systems, including their potential integrations.","
  • Collecting local business needs and working closely with central experts to configure system evolutions/improvements.","
  • Leading and/or contributing to projects presenting various dimensions and complexities with transversal/international impacts.","
  • Supporting Merger & Acquisitions processes for their integrations in the HR architecture.","
  • Monitoring the data quality and governance in the regions and being able to propose solutions to improve constantly.","
  • Guaranteeing awareness and training for HR community to gain in autonomy and maturity.","
  • Centralizing Top Management reporting requests and proposing visual translation when required.","
  • Taking ownership of the change management for all topics related to HRIS including testing and roll out of Workday releases and new functionality.","
