Lead Global HR Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to drive our global HR transformation, leading strategic partnerships with CXOs and business leaders to accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing AI-powered HR solutions, driving organizational design and succession planning, building high-performing teams, and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered HR solutions across the organization
  • Lead organizational design and succession planning initiatives
  • BUILD AND LEAD HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS
  • PROMOTE A CULTURE OF INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY

Requirements:

  • 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to global people operations
  • At least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, culture transformation
  • Experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a Tier 1 institution
  • Certification in Digital HR, HR Analytics, or Change Management is a plus
