Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the implementation of an HR Information System strategy across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 5 professionals supporting different countries.
  • Communicate the global HR data and technology strategy to senior management and local experts.
  • Provide support for HR users in all aspects related to global and local systems.
  • Collect business needs from local areas and collaborate with central experts to configure system enhancements.
  • Support merger and acquisition processes by integrating them into the HR architecture.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in HR administration or a related field.
  • 13+ years of experience in HR with expertise in Workday systems.
  • Proven track record in managing international teams.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages being an asset.
What You Will Accomplish:

In a complex environment and challenging year with multiple projects, you will integrate the central HR team. Working closely with the Compensation Benefits Manager, you will contribute to the deployment of Workday to our end users (HR, managers, employees).
