At the forefront of data innovation, we are seeking a visionary Data Strategy Lead to spearhead our data warehouse modernization endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Spark DataFrame, Hadoop ecosystem components, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

The Data Strategy Lead will be responsible for leading technical implementation of data warehouse modernization projects, designing and developing applications on cloud technologies, and guiding technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves resolving technical issues, ensuring team tasks are completed as planned, and contributing to code development.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience with Spark DataFrame, Hadoop ecosystem components, and cloud technologies
  • Good knowledge of PySpark (Spark SQL) and Shell scripting
  • Experience with migration projects on Hadoop and workflow engines like Oozie or Autosys
  • Able to work with Agile Development methodologies and passionate about exploring new technologies
