HR Systems Analyst

We are seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our International Development Direction, under the responsibility of the HRIS Manager. As an HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring support for HR users, collecting local business needs, and working closely with central experts to configure system evolutions/improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring support for HR users in the entire perimeter and for all questions related to HR global and local systems, including their potential integrations.
  • Collecting local business needs and working closely with central experts to configure system evolutions/improvements.
  • Contributing to projects with various dimensions and complexities for the region.
  • Participating in Merge Acquisitions processes, including their integrations in HR systems.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of our global and local HR solutions, identifying and fixing issues with related stakeholders, spreading data quality principles with our HR stakeholders, contributing in awareness and training for our HR community, and ensuring HRIS information is communicated/cascaded in the region.
