Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations, manage budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting.
  • Budget Planning: Manage budgeting processes and support cross-functional departmental budget planning.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Tax Returns: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
  • Audits: Handle audits, assessments, and notices.
  • Statutory Audits: Manage statutory, tax audits, assessments, and ensure timely response.
  • Transfer Pricing: Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Ministry of Corporate Affairs: Ensure timely and accurate filing of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
  • RBI Filings: Ensure timely and accurate filing with RBI.
  • FEMA Transactions: Maintain documentation and records for all FEMA-related transactions.
  • Audits & Compliance: Coordinate both internal and external audits.
  • Accounting Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Support:

  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management.
  • Financial Performance: Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Ad hoc projects and analysis as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Training & Development: Train staff on financial systems and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Accounting Principles: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
  • Financial Software: Proficiency in financial software.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
