
Entertainment Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Professional to lead the management of client servicing and public relations for our Entertainment clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage day-to-day client operations, including formulating monthly plans and cultivating relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.
- Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners, ensuring strong, positive relationships are maintained.
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity, taking full ownership of client accounts and staying informed on all relevant client details.
- Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements, reviewing and finalizing all client documentation in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables, maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates and insights through various channels.
- Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers, analyzing trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and conducting regular outreach to media and influencers, fostering positive relationships.
- Ensure all client documentation is of the highest quality and free of errors, developing content ranging from press releases, press notes, press snippets, listicles, spokesperson's responses, speeches, authored articles based on and accurately reflecting the brand's editorial messaging, objective, brand image, services, and offerings.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of visual communications, social media, and the digital landscape, integrating these channels into client programs effectively, staying informed on emerging digital trends and technologies, and applying them to client strategies as appropriate.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for client partnerships, sponsorships, and events on an ongoing basis, enhancing the overall value proposition for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the local market and media landscape.
