Finance Professional - Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify bank and journal vouchers to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage TDS and GST accounting related to payment bills, ensuring seamless processing and minimizing errors.
  • Cross-check vouchers in Tally and collaborate with departments to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Review and address invoice and voucher queries daily, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize software expertise in Tally, MS Office, and other ERP systems to drive business growth.
  • Ensure thorough verification of all payment vouchers, including TDS compliance, to maintain financial integrity.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office is essential, while exposure to ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve complex issues.
