A manager – transaction advisory services (finance and tax) would lead and execute engagements across finance, valuations, due diligence, and tax advisory. This role requires a driven and detail-oriented individual who can bring both technical expertise and trusted advisor qualities to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic financial partner to start-ups, overseeing budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and investor communications.\
  • Build financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored for scaling businesses.\
  • Support valuations for fundraises, secondary transfers, and M&A transactions in compliance with relevant laws.\
  • Lead buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects including financial health checks, revenue/margin analysis, working capital assessments, and historical reviews.\
  • Provide tax structuring advice for business models and transactions, including cross-border setups, holding structures, ESOPs, and exits.\
  • Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness, while mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring high-quality deliverables.\
