Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations and delivering timely and accurate financial reports. This includes ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX, and other statutory requirements.

Additionally, you will oversee the management of payables, receivables, general accounting, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement and streamlining processes across business units.

Furthermore, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure high-quality services and meet global stakeholders' expectations. This includes coordinating with team members to complete statutory audits and publish useful and validated KPIs.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting operations including payables, receivables, general accounting, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and other statutory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and streamline processes across business units
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and meet global stakeholders' expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA/CMA certification with a minimum 5 years of experience in finance management
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with large automated accounting systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
