Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing financial advice and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their financial situations, and offering home loan products that meet their needs. The Relationship Manager will also handle client inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Regular interaction with other departments to facilitate smooth processing of applications is also required.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Financial Advisory skills
  • Min 1 year of experience in HL/LAP product
  • Understanding of home loan products and the ability to assess client financial situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in regional languages and understanding of local market dynamics
  • Experience in the housing finance or banking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
