About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Lead to spearhead our outbound cold-calling motion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning mid-market new revenue targets and leading a team of BDRs focused on generating high-quality leads for our AEs.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic plans to drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent quality lead flow for AEs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of BDRs to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and refine our prospecting playbook, including outreach strategies, messaging, and cold call scripts, to continuously improve our prospecting efforts.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our operations and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach, with a willingness to explore innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
