Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support our organization's growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections.
- Evaluate tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns.
- Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements.
- Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively.
- Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is an asset.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
