Job Title: Brand & Social Media Lead

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Social Media Lead to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Social media presence management and content calendar planning across all digital touchpoints, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp/Facebook groups.
  • Developing a brand storytelling and consistency plan, creating engaging brand content, customer stories, short-form videos, and visual assets that align with the brand identity across app, social media, ads, and CRM.
  • Negotiating influencer and creator partnerships to build trust and reach.
  • Establishing and enforcing the brand bible, including visual identity, tone, dos, and don'ts, across all touchpoints.
  • Analyzing growth metrics, identifying trends, and iterating on strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leading end-to-end campaigns that increase awareness or conversions through social media, content creation, influencer collaborations, and more.
  • Crafting high-quality visual content using design tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Benchmarking success through data-driven dashboards and reporting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, growth, and product.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in brand or social roles at e-commerce, quick-commerce, or consumer brands startups.
  • Demonstrated track record of lifting awareness or conversions through social media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Clear communicator with excellent teamwork skills.
