  • Monitor analytics using native platform insights and third-party tools.
  • Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and partner with relevant creators and influencers for co-branded content, reviews, and reach enhancement.
  • Respond swiftly to any online crisis or misinformation.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally with a consumer brand or media/entertainment company.
  • Strong understanding of Indian pop culture, film fandoms, and online communities.
  • Creativity, wit, and a finger on the pulse of social trends and Gen Z culture.
  • Strong copywriting, content ideation, and visual communication skills.
  • Proven track record of running social-first campaigns and growing digital communities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
