About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Social Content Strategist to execute the social media strategy As a consumer-focused platform we re looking for someone with a strong track record in growing social channels You will play a critical role in building world-class user experiences for consumers in India and globally focusing on chat and conversational UI Experience with AI products or chat-based interfaces is a significant advantage as it will help in crafting innovative user-centric designs Location Gurgaon In-Office Key Responsibilities Conceptualize content ideas that resonate with the brand s communication and ideology Study and execute emerging social media trends to build following and engagement Manage and execute social media content calendar for Instagram Facebook YouTube Telegram ShareChat etc Create video content i e reels for social media and performance ads You will have help for this Own the following metrics - follower growth engagement i e likes views shares and deliver on the aligned targets Strategize and execute campaigns with relevant influencers to amplify brand awareness Create mood boards and execute photo and video shoots with freelance photographers videographers for digital assets Implement tools to track and analyze social media performance to understand what is working not working Lead collaboration and execution of offline pop-up events in places like Flea Markets Co-Working Spaces etc Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent5 years of work experience handling social media and content creationPrevious experience working with a consumer brand is a big plusAbility to think creatively and act fastAbility to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectivelyPossesses communication collaboration and problem-solving skillsHas an understanding of software for pictures and videosHas comfort in creating content on the phoneWhat We OfferPlay a key role in shaping a product that leverages cutting-edge AI technology to enhance user experiences for consumers in India and globally Work with a team committed to innovation and excellence in design
