Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive business growth through strategic social media campaigns.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive organic social media strategies to boost follower engagement and grow our brand presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • They will create, curate, and manage compelling content calendars aligned with company goals, product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and internal communications.
  • This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as HR, Sales, and Leadership to highlight company culture, celebrate achievements, and share compelling employee stories.
  • The ideal candidate will continuously monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum reach and impact.
  • They must stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Mentoring junior content creators or social media coordinators is also an essential part of this role.

Key Qualifications

  • A proven track record in organic social media management, specifically within the IT industry.
  • In-depth expertise in LinkedIn growth tactics, including employee advocacy programs, robust content pillars, and fostering strong community engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing Facebook Business Manager, Instagram tools, and various social listening platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • An analytical mindset coupled with hands-on experience using social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights) to derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently, adept at self-driving campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capacity to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
