Business Leader for PLM IT Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive and grow our PLM IT Services practice.

  • This role requires deep domain expertise, strong leadership skills, customer relationship management, and business acumen.
Job ResponsibilitiesPractice Leadership
  • Define the strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities people, solutions, tools, and processes to ensure technical and delivery excellence.
  • Strengthen the PLM practice by enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities to meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple projects with minimal dependency on top management to drive business growth and profitability.
Business Growth & Customer Success
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations to showcase value proposition.
  • Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with strategic customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Understand financial KPIs and actively drive profitability and growth targets to achieve business objectives.
Delivery Oversight
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice to meet client expectations.
  • Implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Define and monitor delivery KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance and quality standards.
  • Manage services project delivery with a strong customer management and satisfaction focus to build long-term relationships.
Capability Building
  • Identify future skill requirements and proactively build internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with HR to attract, retain, and develop top PLM talent to drive business success.
  • Build a scalable organization supported by strong internal processes and IT systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage the talent pyramid effectively — including skills alignment, attrition control, and resource utilization to optimize workforce.
Solution Innovation & Thought Leadership
  • Drive the creation of reusable IP, frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events to establish company reputation and credibility.
  • Stay ahead of emerging market trends, tools, technologies, and competitor strategies to anticipate and respond to changing market conditions.
