Drive Strategic Growth with Amazon

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships for Amazon.in within the Indian banking ecosystem. As our ambassador, you will conceptualize, pitch, and execute crucial programs with key bank partners.

This role offers direct exposure to senior leaders in Amazon and the Indian banking sector, requiring thought leadership, analytical skills, relationship management, and strategic negotiation abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with India's largest banks to drive funding and strategic initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management with category, finance, marketing, and operations teams to align goals for Amazon, brands, and banks.
  • Driving top-tier leadership workshops to solidify annual/quarterly joint business plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or new business sourcing.
  • Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and execute business agreements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex contract negotiations.
  • An MBA degree is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹120-180 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
