As a key player in the construction tech industry, we are seeking a skilled Manager to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical.
Job DescriptionThis role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
