Job Title: Construction and Real Estate Procurement Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction and real estate procurement specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving category strategies for construction and real estate sourcing, optimizing spend and unlocking value for our business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cultivating strategic supplier relationships to enhance procurement activities and drive innovation. You will work closely with commercial, contracting, and cross-functional partners to ensure compliance with legal and company standards within the category.
You will leverage technology and problem-solving tools to enhance procurement practices and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will lead strategic projects aimed at improving procurement processes and implementing new strategies.
