
Insurance Broker Relationship Executive

This is a senior-level position responsible for driving business growth through strong relationships with insurance brokers.
">- Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing relationships with insurance brokers to achieve revenue and profitability targets, collaborating with brokers to plan and execute sales strategies for general insurance products, providing brokers with product training, sales tools, and process support to enhance their effectiveness and improve customer experience, identifying new business opportunities through broker networks, expanding market reach, and supporting brokers in tapping into emerging customer segments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while tracking broker performance through regular reviews and reporting.
Requirements:
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with brokers to drive business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. A deep understanding of the insurance industry and its trends is required. Strong analytical and organizational skills will also be beneficial.
