Assistant Export Manager Position

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the end-to-end export operations, ensuring seamless coordination with international clients and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Oversee the complete exports order cycle from receipt of enquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with international customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Pricing & Offers: Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare tailored offers for clients considering market dynamics and company policy.
  • Subsidiary Coordination: Collaborate with foreign subsidiaries to align on export activities, streamline operations, and monitor quarterly financial statements.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, finance, and logistics to facilitate smooth export processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and Chartered Accountancy (CA)
  • 4-6 years of experience in export operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors/corporate houses/professional firms
  • Strong technical proficiency in MS Office and SAP (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
