Job Title: Senior Vice President - Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to drive our P&C insurance business across North America, the UK, and Australia. As a seasoned leader with global experience, you will oversee the modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational transformation across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Drive the modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption.
  • Foster deep partnerships with internal stakeholders including Solutions, Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and Compliance.
  • Establish governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, the UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise performance dashboards and KPI frameworks.
