Your Mission:

  • Process Mastery: Conduct value stream mapping, Gemba walks, and root cause analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
  • Lean Leadership: Lead Kaizen events and Lean Action Workouts that deliver tangible results
  • Digital Transformation: Drive end-to-end process improvements using latest technology platforms
  • Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to realize ambitious transformation goals
  • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct lean training and build organizational capability

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications: CA/ICWA preferred (Bachelor's degree minimum) 8-15 years in transformation/process improvement roles Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred) Deep R2R expertise - Month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, FP&A, fixed assets Project management excellence with track record of large-scale implementations Executive presence and consultative partnering skills

Bonus Points For: Experience with BlackLine, OneStream, ERP implementations Exposure to AI/ML and generative AI projects Kaizen event leadership experience Digital transformation project management
