About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the success of our retail outlets in Andhra Pradesh.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive foot traffic and repeat business, as well as managing loyalty programs and CRM initiatives.

  1. Drive net sales growth through effective retail business delivery.
  2. Manage loyalty programs to meet and improve KPIs.
  3. Support EBO Marketing by planning and executing seasonal campaigns, conducting hyperlocal targeted activations, and managing digital presence.
  4. Handle new store openings by planning budgets, media, buying, BTL activities, and ensuring effective launch activation.
  5. Analyze data through monthly RSM dashboards and quarterly discussions with key franchisees.
  6. Support apparel business by handling catalogues, collection photoshoots, tradeshows, and modern trade support.
Requirements
  • Strong marketing skills with experience in driving high footfalls and repeat business.
  • Ability to work closely with franchisees to ensure seamless consumer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving KPIs.
