Key Responsibilities:- Manage partnership and alliances with local officials and dealers
- Source EV fleet customers in the local EV market through hands-on direct field work
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Roll out new regions and onboard partners
- Lead monthly sales planning with partners and manage lead funnels
- Manage collections and align regional operations with pan-India retail vehicle finance reporting to Regional Head-Retail Finance
- Proactive and independent individual with a willingness to take on responsibility
- Able to suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Capable of building a new team
- Strong analytical skills with a curious nature and attention to detail
- Able to work as an independent contributor with minimal support
- Fluent in the local language and able to converse easily with sales staff and customers
- Hands-on interpersonal skills with a go-getter attitude
- At least 5 years of experience in retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market
- Vehicle finance experience, especially in new or used commercial vehicles
