About The Role

The successful candidate will be part of project teams in the campaigns, working closely with our organization team and client team members to develop strategic solutions for clients.

This role requires intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals who can navigate the consulting industry effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end execution of campaign strategies, coordinate with teams, and engage stakeholders
  • Undertake research and present findings to inform on-ground initiatives
  • Propose practical solutions for complex issues
  • Cope with ambiguity and uncertainty
Requirements

A minimum degree from a reputable institution is required.

0-3 years of experience in political consulting or a related field is an advantage.

Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali is desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Flexibility to travel and work in West Bengal is required.
