Key Requirements

  • Creative Ideation & Campaign Development: Minimum 2 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across industries.
  • Social Media & Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of social platforms, ongoing trends, and digital strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Client Communication & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to articulate campaign strategies, prepare and deliver effective presentations, and manage client communications.
  • Content Writing & Copywriting: Ability to craft compelling campaign copies, taglines, captions, brand narratives, and storytelling content.
  • Design & Canva Proficiency: Must be proficient in Canva and Google Slides to create polished presentations and basic visual mockups.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct competitive analysis, evaluate campaign performance, and adapt strategies based on insights.

Key Responsibilities

Pitch Deck Preparation & Presentation

  • Create, design, and deliver pitch decks using Canva and Google Slides.
  • Present campaign ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively to clients.

Campaign Knowledge & Development

  • Conduct research and competitive analysis for campaign planning.
  • Ideate and execute campaigns involving creative strategies, trend-driven ideas, stunt marketing, and PR management
  • Leverage content marketing strategies with a basic understanding of meme marketing.

Client Servicing

  • Attend and manage client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and updates.
  • Execute seeding and amplification strategies for campaign success.
  • Maintain ideal communication standards with clients and stakeholders.

Creative Writing & Copywriting

  • Write engaging taglines, captions, and campaign-related copy.
  • Craft narratives and content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
